We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and it must be in the same condition as you received it. You also will need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned to us without first requesting a return will be refused.

Mind changing / Wrong Size
In case of exchange due to choosing the wrong size ( for rings ) or mind changing, the order can be exchanged but subjected to 97 LE exchange fees to be paid by the customer.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Damages
Please examine your order upon arrival and notify us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item so that we may investigate and resolve the issue.
Refunds
We will tell you after we have received and reviewed your return and will let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. If you are authorized, your original payment method will be instantly refunded. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
